Application Instructions:
If you are interested in one of our rentals and are ready to apply, please follow the steps below AFTER you have spoken with a property manager and/or viewed the home in person and have been approved to apply:

- Fill out the Pet Screening Profile at www.byrdpalmer.petscreening.com
APPLICATION FEE:
$85.00 per applicant (Every person living in the home over 18 years of age must fill out a separate application).
You will be prompted to pay via Credit or Debit card at the end of the online application.
Application fees are non-refundable.
Once you have completed the Application and submitted all related items, please allow 48 hours for status and approval. This could be delayed further if a response from previous landlord or references take longer to respond but your property manager will keep you in the loop.

When you move in with us, you can skip paying a security deposit and keep the cash for activities you care about.
