Usually you will hear back within 24-72 business hours, but it can take longer depending on the property and time of year. We realize that you are anxious to move forward and appreciate your patience as we process all requests timely.
We receive a lot of inquiries on our properties and are not always able to get back with everyone if there is a long list, you don't qualify, and/or we already have a pending application.
